Upon confirmed receipt of your payment into the Storez Australia Pty Ltd bank account your goods will then be shipped to you.

Order Notification

Upon receipt of your order, Storez Australia Pty Ltd will issue you with an e-mail notification shortly afterwards listing the items ordered, the total product and shipping charges and delivery address. This will not include any customs duties, local taxes or bank fees. This is a confirmation that we have received your order, not a confirmation of acceptance or processing.

Shipping

Orders are dispatched from Storez Australia Pty Ltd during normal Australian business hours. Orders are not valid until accepted by Storez Australia Pty Ltd.

Due to the valuable nature of Storez Australia Pty Ltd products, we must be able to leave your parcel with someone at the address you have indicated, unless you have first provided us with special instructions. A signature will be required upon receipt. Products will be deemed to have been received by you if accepted by a person at your nominated delivery address, or if your special instructions are complied with. Insurance applies only until the order is delivered to your nominated address.

Shipping details must include a street address and daytime telephone number. Your order cannot be dispatched if these details are missing.

Storez Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to limit quantities and may discontinue accepting orders at any time. Storez Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject orders in any combination or option(s) it determines to be in its best interest.

Packages shipped within Australian destinations delivered by parcel post, subject to stock availability. All orders placed within Australia, and or for delivery within Australia, will include Goods and Services Tax of 10%.

Packages shipped using Storez Australia Pty Ltd's international option usually arrive within 14 days. You may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by your country or other overseas authority once a shipment reaches your country, which are not included in our prices.

You may also be required to pay additional charges for customs clearance. You should contact your local customs office for further information on applicable duties, taxes, restrictions, and fees.

Insurance

All international deliveries are subject to an insurance charge which has been included in the International Delivery charges.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time prior to acceptance and processing, but please note that orders for products that are held in stock will be processed immediately and cannot be cancelled. You can cancel your order for any item in backorder status.

Returns, Replacements, Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please advise us by e-mail. You must return the goods together with your receipt within 30 days of invoice to enable us to process a refund. Unfortunately delivery and handling charges are not refundable. For any queries, please e-mail sales@australianjade.com or ring Storez Australia Pty Ltd on +61 8 8431 6232. Storez Australia Pty Ltd will not accept partial returns nor will it issue partial refunds. You must return the entire order, not part of it, to receive a refund.

To return your product, use the reverse side of your invoice to let us know why you decided to return your item(s) and your desired resolution (replacement, refund, or exchange) for each item. Please address your package to Storez Australia Pty Ltd, Suite 4, Level 5, 19 North Terrace, Hackney, SA 5069, Australia. For your protection, we strongly recommend that you return your order by insured mail and save the receipt for your records. Storez Australia Pty Ltd is not responsible for lost return shipments. All refunds will be credited in Australian dollars.

Complaints

Storez Australia Pty Ltd has a formal complaints procedure and any complaints should be emailed to complaints@australianjade.com. A reply will be sent notifying you of what action is being taken and when it will be resolved.

Jurisdiction

Storez Australia Pty Ltd is based in South Australia and operates within the normal laws of commerce under Australian business law. The normal laws of international commerce apply to international transactions, provided that any contract made between you and Storez Australia Pty Ltd shall be construed, applied and shall take effect as a contract made in accordance with the laws of Australia and will be governed by and must be performed according to that law.
